Responsibilities
Partners with Finance peer groups to identify and facilitate opportunities to optimize business results
Connects with Business Partners to develops a clear action plan to deliver against the team’s objectives
Influences Business & Financial Performance. Identifies business risk and collaborates to identify mitigation strategies and solutions
Analyzes all aspects of financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement. Creates and monitors productivity KPI’s
Participates in Workforce Planning Meetings to align on the people, financial, and strategic needs of the group. Work with leadership teams to plan and manage headcount, evaluate requisitions and offers of employment to support roadmap and operational plans
Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends
Provides rationale behind reports and analysis and relays them in simple terms
Interacts as team member and sets the pace for the Financial Analysts team. Interfaces with other department members on special projects or on an as-needed basis
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
