Sales Manager

Qualification
Required
5+ Years aviation sales experience required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to travel 10–20% as needed
Preferred
Established customer network in Saab, Fairchild, ATR, DeHavilland, Gulfstream, and Textron aircraft (highly desired)
Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools; Component Control Quantum experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Specialization in older Gulfstream G100 and G250 aircraft and jet/turboprop sales is a plus
