Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the impact of proposed solutions
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team
Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications
Collaborate with architects and developers to design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
Ensure the design aligns with business goals and user needs
Validate that the proposed design meets the documented requirements
Act as a point of contact for developers/vendors to clarify requirements
Ensure that the development aligns with the agreed-upon specifications
Update stakeholders on development progress and address any requirement changes
Assist in managing scope changes and ensuring traceability of requirements
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and scenarios
Validate that the developed solution meets the business requirements
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders
Identify and document defects, and ensure they are resolved
Support the implementation of the solution in the production environment
Ensure all stakeholders are informed about the deployment plan
Assist in creating user manuals, training materials, and conducting training sessions
Validate the system post-deployment to ensure it functions as expected
Gather feedback from users to identify issues or areas for improvement
Analyze the impact of requested changes and update documentation accordingly
Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements or fixes
Monitor system performance and ensure it continues to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Biometrics experience – a must
