HCS Applications Developer - Imaging Systems

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support the Hyland Acuo Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), NilRead Enterprise Viewer, and PACSGear applications
Provide technical oversight of various ancillary clinical imaging applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
Collaborate with providers and other clinical staff to ensure optimal system performance
Implement application upgrades, patches, and enhancements including the oversight of system security patches and interventions
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
Develops and maintains support documentation, provide technical training and consultation to teammates
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Manage small to intermediate clinical imaging application projects and initiatives
Work closely with vendors to resolve technical issues, escalate problems, track fixes into releases, and advocate for new/enhanced functionality to meet the needs of constituency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience)
If a Bachelor's degree: Eight (8) years of progressive experience in computer programming and applications analysis
If an Associate's degree: Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in computer programming and applications analysis
If a High School diploma or GED: Sixteen (16) years of progressive experience in computer programming and applications analysis
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly responsive to internal customers
