Responsibilities
Design various types of buildings using mainly Revit
Plan and program layouts of projects
Coordinate and integrate all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval
Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project
Design work to be reviewed and stamped by a Registered Architect
Periodic travel to construction sites should be anticipated
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
Experience with Sketch up, Adobe Suite, InDesign and Revit
United States Citizenship
Preferred
Masters degree in Architecture
Familiarity with general architectural concepts
Experience with 3D Modeling and Rendering Software such as Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, etc
