Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable on video and confident using digital tools
Passionate about helping others and contributing to a greater mission
Authorized to work in the U.S
Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam
Preferred
Customer service or consultative experience a plus (not required)
