Responsibilities

Support attorneys with probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning matters

Prepare, review, and electronically file court documents

Draft and file real property documents and related notices

Assist with entity formation and business planning matters

Support preparation and filing of Federal Estate Tax Returns (Form 706) and other IRS filings

Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines

Communicate with clients, courts, CPAs, and other third parties

Collaborate closely with attorneys and colleagues to ensure efficient matter management
