Responsibilities
Maintain physical and electronic files and archives pertaining to the Quality Department
Review internal documents to ensure they are correct as indicated by internal standards
Review documentation completed on the Production floor
Conduct environmental monitoring
Collect samples required for testing, as indicated
Perform product inspections, as requested
Review Production records, as indicated
Oversee the execution of Pest Control programs
Conduct administrative duties associated to the Quality department, including its laboratory
Support the development and implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at the Company
Perform assignments or responsibilities indicated on internal QMS documentation
Support activities for Quality
Assist with other Quality functions, as requested
Qualification
Required

Computer literate and proficient using Office Suite
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must be an outstanding communicator both verbally and written
Able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced autonomous environment
Able to learn new concepts on his or her own
Able to organize, prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, act professionally and maintain information confidentiality
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, turn, twist, reach, pull and push
Preferred
Associate degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience, preferred
