Builder Support Executive

Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day support contact for assigned builder divisions and internal stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with builder purchasing, construction, warranty, and field teams
Provide timely, professional communication and clear status updates
Qualification
Required
3+ years in customer success, account support, sales operations, builder support, construction services, or related experience
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident working with external partners
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity
Preferred
Experience working with homebuilders, construction operations, electrical trades, or building products
Familiarity with PO-driven workflows, jobsite/lot tracking, and community launch processes
Experience coordinating training and/or field support across multiple regions
Ability to analyze trends and recommend scalable improvements
