Project Engineer, Robotics

The Project Engineer will act as the technical lead for engineering activities, ensuring efficient execution of projects while coaching team members and applying design thinking concepts.

Responsibilities
Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify the engineering errors
Coaching the project engineers and designers on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, including modelling, prototyping, and calculations
Leading, supervising, and coordinating teams (less than 10 members) in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects
Applying design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, prototyping, simulation, and calculations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Robotics or Mechatronics
5+ years of experience in robotics and project execution
You are highly skilled in robotics, programming, and design software, with a strong desire to contribute to the health and life sciences market
You possess advanced knowledge of robot programming, automation safety standards, and a solid understanding of the mechanical and electrical aspects of robotic application cells
You are passionate about innovation and committed to delivering excellence
