Responsibilities

Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy with a primary focus on Instagram

Build and maintain cohesive, elevated Instagram grids aligned with brand aesthetics

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social channels

Drive follower growth and community engagement across platforms

Track, analyze, and report on social KPIs, translating insights into actionable improvements

Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape

Lead content ideation that reflects and evolves the brand voice

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Oversee creative direction for social assets, ensuring visual and tonal alignment

Support brand storytelling through editorial-style content and campaigns

Manage all PR efforts in-house (no external agency)

Drive celebrity dressing initiatives, including outreach, coordination, and tracking placements

Build and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, celebrities, influencers, and VIPs

Secure magazine features, editorial coverage, and strategic brand placements

Coordinate gifting and seeding strategies as needed

Lead look book shoot ideation and execution from concept through final delivery

Put together seasonal look books, ensuring timely and on-brand completion

Source and manage models

Book and coordinate photographers, talent, hair, and makeup

Oversee shoot logistics, timelines, and budgets

Ensure assets are optimized for social, PR, and brand use
