Mid LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead the transition of payroll services from ADP to Paycom. This role involves extracting and validating payroll data, ensuring compliance, and facilitating training for a smooth implementation process.

Responsibilities
Extract and cleanse payroll data from ADP Enterprise v6
Map legacy data to Paycom import templates
Ensure secure and accurate data transfer for the transitioning FEIN
Validate payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Reconcile discrepancies between ADP and Paycom outputs
Provide production data to Paycom team for parallel testing
Analyze results and troubleshoot configuration issues
Document findings and recommend adjustments for go-live readiness
Collaborate with internal payroll teams, Paycom consultants, and TSA project managers
Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption
Support post-implementation stabilization and optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft, Paycom, UKG)
Proficiency in data extraction tools and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting
Experience conducting test payrolls and analyzing results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CPP or FPC certification preferred
Preferred
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Comfortable working in compliance-driven environments
Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset
Able to translate technical details into actionable insights
