Responsibilities

Leads clinical sales excellence initiative to improve future Go-To-Market strategies for new and existing products to ensure optimal sales and profit growth

Acts as a key player in product development work groups, supports regional product roadmap / lifecycle, rationalization, quality, performance, and product line planning. Leads and executes sales training in the respective regions

Drives key customer partnerships, creates external stakeholder groups for key strategic new products and provides clinical feedback and input to product development activities

Organizes KOL/COL feedback on new and sustaining products

Collaborates and partners with clinical specialists, LMS administrators, and educational event coordinators
