Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm smile and professional vibe
Help customers find the perfect medical supplies tailored just for them
Obtain written prescriptions from physicians, verify insurance coverage, and generate accurate orders to ensure a smooth and timely patient experience
Share helpful info on product features and how to use them confidently
Quickly and kindly handle questions or concerns—making every experience a great one
Process sales smoothly and securely, handling cash, cards, and insurance like a pro
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Friendly, outgoing communicator who loves connecting with people
Skilled with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software—tech-savvy is a plus!
Super organized with a keen eye for detail
Compassionate and always focused on making customers feel cared for
