Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the signaling industry
Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective strategies for business growth
Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive business development and sales strategy for the North American signaling sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure seamless execution of the strategic plan
Understand and adapt technology portfolio to meet North American market requirements
Technical requirement gathering and planning with Product Management
Develop a database of potential partners and take responsibility for initiating strategic partnerships (technical, engineering, etc.)
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers
Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for our signaling products and services
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and finance, to ensure a coordinated approach to business development activities
Provide feedback to relevant teams to enhance product features and marketing strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the US signaling (rail) industry
Strong understanding of signaling technologies and railway operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong track record of cultivating strong relationships
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Ability to travel as needed
Position is based in Atlanta, GA
