Sales Representative
Sunon Furniture is seeking a Sales Representative for the U.S. market to proactively develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with retail customers. The role involves collaborating with the R&D center to co-develop new seating products and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities
Actively analyze and develop the U.S. seating products market to identify new opportunities and potential customers
Proactively formulate and execute new business development plans and annual sales targets
Collaborate closely with R&D to co-develop new seating product collections and drive successful sell-out
Build trust-based relationships by inviting key customers to visit China HQ and Mexico base
Take initiative in delivering marketing and product training to Chinese and Mexico-based colleagues, ensuring cross-team alignment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the office furniture industry
Strong ability to develop new business relationships, start businesses from clean slate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
In-depth understanding of products, programs, margin requirements, marketing needs, and licensing opportunities, with experience negotiating multiple licensing agreements
Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting, inventory planning, margin analysis, and pricing
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a positive reputation and high credibility in the office seating marketplace
Proven ability to grow the business, drive demand, and fully utilize factory capacity
