Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end automated ecosystems that drastically reduce human touchpoints, moving our services toward a zero-touch delivery model
Lead the hands-on design and deployment of AI Agents and intelligent automation pipelines that can reason, execute, and heal themselves
Decouple complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures using SAP Business AI, Python, and ABAP
Act as the primary technical voice, convincing stakeholders (from Consultants to the C-Suite) of the value of automation and defining the roadmap to get there
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SAP Business AI advancements, enabling customers to leverage AI and advanced analytics for competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
You must be flexible to travel up to 30% and live near an SAP office. Relocation is not offered
7+ years of Consulting or Development experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML/RPA end to end deployment
Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and Microsoft Power Platform (ideally Power Automate proven experience). Proficient in integration technologies and APIs
Experience with SAP ERP, SAP GUI scripting, BAPIs, RFCs, and connectors for automation
Proven ability to design end-to-end automation solutions for complex SAP landscapes with the ability to identify, prioritize, and define high-value SAP automation use cases
Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.)
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders through both verbal and written channels
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and align team members toward shared objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication to manage projects and drive successful outcomes
