The role provides an opportunity to work on challenging assignments, gaining knowledge of engineering processes and working on real client projects alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities
You will gain knowledge of fundamental engineering processes, construction methods and permitting to carry-out the concurrent planning, design, production, and construction of our client projects
You will be assigned to work on actual client projects alongside a team of experienced engineers
The assignments you receive are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, allows you to take responsibility for a major task, and allows you to experience a sense of personal accomplishment and contribution
CAD Design and Drafting
Site Design, Stormwater Management, Grading and Drainage, Erosion and Sediment Control, Water Treatment, Traffic Analysis, Utility Design, and more
Engineering calculations, data research, and analysis
You'll prepare contract documents utilizing AutoCAD
How to coordinate activities with other disciplines, internally and externally
You will be able to participate and contribute to design and production meetings
Research, evaluate, compile, and prepare material for permit applications
Qualification
Required
In the process of obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Pro-active, enthusiastic, self-starter with a good attitude, and a drive to learn
Excellent with written and verbal communications skills. These skills are essential, as is the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
