Payroll Manager

Responsibilities
Administer and perform payroll functions to the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, Director of Finance, or Accountant
Assist in implementing the day-to-day policies and procedures governing the payroll functions
Process and verify time cards/sheets, etc., on a timely basis
Prepare payroll checks in accordance with current pay periods to assure that employee checks are received on a timely basis
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to meet the facility's needs
Qualification
Required
Full Time Payroll Manager with SNF experience
Administer and perform payroll functions in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations
Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties
Assist in implementing day-to-day policies and procedures governing payroll functions
Process and verify time cards/sheets on a timely basis
Prepare payroll checks in accordance with current pay periods to assure timely receipt of employee checks
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to meet the facility's needs
