Responsibilities
Large format blueprint printing, scanning and copying
Maintain customer files and folders
Customer service (phone, email, and in person)
Small format printing (booklets and loose sheets)
Printer (general) maintenance + upkeep
Organizing and cleaning up desktop clutter or email clutter
Saving and organizing important PDFs
Keeping the blueprint area clean and efficient
Constant monitoring of inventory and restocking as needed
Thriving in a fast-paced environment
File conversion
Quality control
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Regular use of office printers
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications + Adobe PDF Reader + Adobe Acrobat Pro
Excellent communication with customers and coworkers
Self-motivated and organized
Attention to detail
Dependable car with a good driving record, needed for local deliveries (after permanent employment is secured)
Able to stand for extended periods of time, bend and lift up to 50lb
Ability to work M-F, 8-5
Preferred
Skilled with large format printers & technology
CAD experience (a big plus!)
Sales experience / customer service
Use of Adobe Illustrator is recommended but could be taught if necessary. It is used when there are issues with the PDF files
