Westlake is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Roofing & Stone to oversee customer support programs, marketing asset management, event planning, and vendor coordination for various roofing and stone products. This role will report directly to the Manager - Marketing and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Maintain top account lists, co-op programs, and quarterly communications including development of monthly/quarterly Sharepoint pages to update internal teams

Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to successfully execute product launches; coordinate with internal and external teams to develop and publish custom marketing collateral

Oversee merchandising programs, sample displays, marketing assets and signage updates, including reorders for low inventory items

Organize regional/national events, swag and promotional item orders, display and design assistance, and lead generation (including Salesforce alignment for iCapture)

Process merchandising and collateral orders in RockGear, monitor and maintain PSG Geiger Store materials, update/maintain brand listings within SpecLink and update/maintain Design Hub pages per brand (ES, CS and DQ). Assist in Canto photo maintenance and updates

Manage vendor setup, POs, payments, and budget tracking within specified GLs (primarily tied to subcontractors, merchandising and events)
