Greets and directs patients and visitors to their respective destinations

Answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, contact people, hours of operation, visiting hours

Distributes visitor passes, registers, communicates, screens visitors

Problem solves and makes decisions to ensure the best outcome for the patient, visitor and guest

Provides wayfinding for visitors/patients

Assists with wheelchair transports to various areas
