Responsibilities

Serving as the primary point of contact with hospital clinical staff (nurses, doctors, radiologists)
Conducting current- and future-state workflow analysis and documentation
Preparing, planning, and overseeing system testing and customer acceptance
Supporting training: tailoring training plans, ensuring training environment setup, and assisting in delivery
Providing go-live and post–go-live support

Clinical/medical experience
Familiarity with medical terminology
Experience with clinical workflows/systems (PACS or imaging preferred)
