The Architectural Project Manager will provide direction and coordination to project teams, create and evaluate architectural drawings, and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent.

Responsibilities
Provide direction and coordination to project teams to deliver high-quality design, documentation, and support throughout all project phases
Create and evaluate architectural drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with regulations and internal guidelines
Maintain project timelines by aligning deliverables with client expectations, staffing levels, and contractual commitments
Oversee construction activities to verify adherence to design intent, offering updates or clarifications as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of architectural experience
Large-scale project experience in the Retail, Office and/or Industrial space
Experience in project planning
Architecture degree required
Proficiency in Revit
Preferred
Professional registration preferred but not required
