Workday Student Records Principal Consultant

As a Workday Student Records Principal Consultant, you will ensure the successful delivery of Workday Student implementations for higher education customers and contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday Student practice.

Responsibilities

Act as a lead consultant on multiple Workday Student implementations with limited direction
Execute the day-to-day implementation activities for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customer(s)
Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between the system and other third-party or custom solutions
Collaborate effectively with extended team members which include functional and technical resources
Ensure customers understand and adopt best practices
Partner with project managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets
Strive to suggest new approaches and tools to deploy the program efficiently and effectively to ERPA as we build our team to become an exceptional leader in the industry

Required

Workday Student Records certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA
Experience implementing Student Records for Workday Student is required
Functional consulting experience leading at least 3 Workday Student Records implementations is required
Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach and detailed understanding of Workday Student Records processes and best practices, to make appropriate implementation recommendations
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new
