Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles such as technicians, sales & marketing
Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews
Screen, assess, and qualify candidates based on skills and experience
Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
Meet weekly activity quotas (calls, emails, interviews)
Support offer, negotiation, and onboarding processes
Source through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a pipeline of both exempt and non-exempt candidates
Use creative sourcing techniques to fill hard-to-find roles
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems
Track daily recruiting metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, starts)
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, EEO guidelines, and background screening requirements

Required

Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

This role requires strong sourcing skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage diverse requisitions
Comfortable working onsite daily
