Responsibilities
Deploy and continuously manage/upgrade their system including all self-hosted customer sites
Monitor all deployments and proactively adjust configuration and resolve issues ahead of time
Help and support customers investigate issues, apply customizations and special solutions
Establish and improve internal processes for release, operations and customer supports
Design and build internal tools for troubleshooting, day-to-day operations
On-duty for handling incidents
Qualification
Required
Experience in deploying and managing systems including self-hosted customer sites
Ability to monitor deployments and proactively adjust configurations and resolve issues
Experience in supporting customers to investigate issues and apply customizations
Skills in establishing and improving internal processes for release, operations, and customer support
Experience in designing and building internal tools for troubleshooting and day-to-day operations
Ability to handle incidents on duty
Proficiency in Networking/Container/Kubernetes
Proficiency in Golang/Typescript
Proficiency in React
Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure/OCI
