Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly roles including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding process

Serve as a daily HR contact for employees and supervisors

Conduct basic investigations such as attendance reviews

Support performance management and corrective actions

Maintain an open-door policy to provide employee-facing HR support with high responsiveness

Plan and execute employee engagement events and celebrations

Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, and assist with reporting metrics related to workforce data

Manage attendance program and coordinate with centers of excellence to do benefits education, leave management and accommodation requests

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
