Turner Industries is a fully diversified industrial contractor providing innovative solutions to increase plant production and reduce costs. They are seeking a motivated Vibration Analysis Technician to support their predictive maintenance program through vibration data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform vibration data collection routes using Emerson AMS 2140 and Emerson Machinery Health Manager (MHM); conduct high-level analysis and generate detailed reports; collaborate with plant personnel and reliability teams to ensure asset health and integrity; reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures; dismantles machines; moves machinery and equipment; assembles and installs equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, pumps, compressors, extruders, turbines and blowers; aligns machines and equipment using reverse alignment method; assembles machines and bolts, welds, rivets or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures; may operate engine lathe to grind, file and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications; may repair and lubricate machines and equipment; may be involved in the grouting activity for equipment base plates
