Responsibilities
Lead and execute cross-functional programs across engineering divisions
Manage technical programs, leveraging systems and engineering knowledge
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to enhance operational efficiency within teams
Develop, implement, and refine program management frameworks and metrics for goal achievement
Establish and report on program health and success metrics, using data for strategic decision-making
Standardize documentation and project communication processes for consistency and alignment
Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and reporting at the leadership level
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management
Experience in improving developer experience
You are technical and may have worked as a product manager or influenced process/program/product changes broadly at a company level
Proven track record in comprehensive program management across software development phases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building strong relationships
Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations
Demonstrated experience in leading global initiatives, building APIs, products, and scalable systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Background as a software engineer or relevant computer science experience
