Responsibilities

Participate in training and developmental programs which provide a comprehensive roadmap for early career engineers at Phillips 66
Learn from internal and external experts and collaborate with more experienced engineers within your business
Contribute in key areas: business or economic analysis, control systems, environmental, equipment reliability, maintenance and/or operations

Qualification

Mechanical EngineeringInternship experienceTeam collaborationCommunication skillsProblem-solving

Required

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Currently enrolled in/recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field of study
Graduation date between May 2025 and Spring/Summer 2026
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to maintain face daily so that a respirator/face mask can seal properly (some examples include being free of facial hair or clean shaven)

Preferred

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Previous internship with Phillips 66
Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry
Willing to work in any of our operating locations
Valid driver's license
