Required

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and seven years of experience in the appraisal of real and/or personal property, of which one year must have been as a Senior Appraiser with the Municipality of Anchorage, or the equivalent elsewhere

OR Associates degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, or a related discipline and five years of experience in the appraisal of real and/or personal property, of which one year must have been as a Senior Appraiser with the Municipality of Anchorage, or the equivalent elsewhere

OR Bachelors degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, or a related discipline and three years of experience in the appraisal of real and/or personal property, of which one year must have been as a Senior Appraiser with the Municipality of Anchorage, or the equivalent elsewhere

OR Masters degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, or a related discipline and one year of experience in the appraisal of real and/or personal property

Must Possess And/or Obtain Valid State of Alaska Drivers License with satisfactory driving record at time of hire

Satisfactory background check which includes criminal, education, and employment history at time of hire
