Responsibilities
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and creating trial notebooks
Coordinate with experts and witnesses
Assist with trial logistics and support during trial proceedings
Assist with the discovery process, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas
Review and analyze documents produced by opposing counsel
Organize and prepare documents for production
Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic
Track deadlines, court dates, and other important timelines
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Prepare witness statements, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits
Organize and index documents for review and production
Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources
Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to support legal arguments
Summarize research findings for attorneys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of relevant litigation experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research databases and software
