The role involves working in a multi-party environment and mentoring team members while ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

Having experience in at least 3 Coupa Implementation Programs

Having strong implementation experience in Coupa modules covering Procurement to Invoicing, Early Pay Discounts, Inventory, Risk Aware, Spend Guard, Analytics and AIC modules

Lead the functional and technical deployment of Coupa for clients

Working in a multi-party environment including third party vendors, Coupa Professional Services while adhering to project timelines

Bring best practices across the implementation including Coupa setup, user adoption, integration and supplier enablement

Conduct workshops and design review sessions, UAT sessions, Trainings at client location as necessary

Create and refine implementation templates, training materials, and presentations to promote knowledge sharing and best practices

Apply Coupa implementation methodologies and industry knowledge to develop effective functional designs

Co-ordinate and working in onsite-onshore and offshore delivery model

Mentor and train team members on technical design, implementation, and best practices

Support the creation and presentation of sales proposals to prospective clients
