IT Enterprise Systems Manager
MSU Research Foundation is seeking an IT Enterprise Systems Manager to develop strategies and manage the organization's enterprise digital systems. Responsibilities
Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks in digital or manual processes
Create or redesign enterprise systems using software platforms to automate repetitive tasks and improve process flow
Collaborate with teams to implement digital tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or cloud-based platforms)
Use data and metrics to assess workflow performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of changes
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and ensure workflows meet business objectives
Train employees on new digital tools and processes and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and success
Maintain knowledge of systems, processes, and other tools to continually optimize operations and enterprise systems, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in enterprise productivity suites, customer relationship management platforms, and collaborative work and project management tools
Expertise in security protocols and troubleshooting
Experience with system automation and administration, network management, software implementation, and vendor coordination
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools
Preferred
Project management certification, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP a plus
Experience working with an AI assistant platform
