Track trending of system and monitor overall system health
Organize requests from OTA and Triage to the proper groups to ensure we resolve issues in timely fashion
Communicating regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff
Create queries to gather specific data for analysis
Triage System issue to the proper groups and support field personnel with handling and validation of correction for issues
Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Associates degree in Computer Technology or related field or two years of equivalent work experience
Problem solving skills
