Responsibilities
Evaluate project feasibility and identify potential risks to budgets and schedules
Develop and monitor detailed project budgets, timelines, and cost forecasts
Collaborate with the investment team on new development opportunities, including estimating construction costs and municipal fees
Review and coordinate civil engineering plans and designs
Secure all necessary permits, approvals, and land use authorizations
Supervise site development activities including grading, utilities, roadways, and off-site improvements
Ensure inspections and certifications are completed so homes can be permitted and built
Monitor construction quality and ensure work aligns with approved plans
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including approvals for invoices and change orders
Oversee project closeout activities, including as-built documentation, punch lists, and final municipal approvals
Qualification
Required
Strong budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling skills
Experience managing multiple projects across different locations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to travel occasionally for project oversight
