Work side-by-side with a Lead Estimator to build detailed construction estimates
Complete quantity take-offs using construction plans and drawings
Learn how to identify cost-saving materials, methods, and efficiencies
Visit homes under construction to compare estimates with real-world conditions
Gain exposure to both office and field environments
Support the Production Administration team as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD / AutoCAD Architecture
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A positive, team-first attitude
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
