Responsibilities
Active Litigation: Managing a caseload from filing through resolution
Depositions: Taking and defending depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and witnesses
Discovery & Motions: Drafting and arguing complex motions, handling specialized discovery, and preparing for trial
Strategy: Collaborating with senior partners on case strategy for catastrophic injury and complex liability matters
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of personal injury litigation experience (Plaintiff side preferred)
Proven experience taking and defending depositions
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
Strong courtroom presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, 'growth-oriented' attitude with a desire to take on increasing responsibility
