OneWall Communities is focused on multifamily asset management and acquisitions. The Analyst will assist the team in various tasks including underwriting, financial modeling, and preparing investment summaries to support the management of the existing portfolio and new acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain and monitor financial models in Excel utilizing property financial statements, budgets, leases, expense information and market assumptions
Create investment memos for internal investment committee meetings
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for outside investors
Support the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate acquisitions
Prepare and compile due diligence materials, budgets, financial models and schedules
Assist with the preparation of multifamily applications for financing & refinances
Perform market research to determine/verify a project’s economics and to verify assumptions used in models
Assist with physical due diligence (including review of contracts, preparing the budgets, gathering the consultants) of potential acquisitions
Cultivate broker relationships for market information
Facilitate project inspections and tours
Complete all OneWall University courses by the required deadline
Perform other related duties as assigned
