Responsibilities
Own and maintain a highly customized ERP environment (COBOL-based, ~500,000 lines of active code)
Lead SAP integration as the site transitions into clients enterprise systems
Drive automation, data analysis, and process improvement — reducing manual inputs
Support operations by troubleshooting, training, and mentoring across departments
Serve as the trusted IT partner to Plant Leadership, Operations, and Corporate teams
Qualification
Required
Strong programming foundation (COBOL, Sage, .NET, DB.NET, or similar)
Ability to learn COBOL within 6 months
Experience supporting ERP systems end-to-end
High integrity — exposure to sensitive and confidential data
Proven leadership, communication, and large-scale project management skills
Preferred
SAP experience
Manufacturing or industrial systems background
