Responsibilities

Provide specialized care for adult patients
Manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
Support clinic-based environment that maintains work-life balance
Participate in call responsibilities one week, once or twice a year
Utilize standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
Work within NM Multispecialty building with Immediate Care Center
Maintain hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital
Use EPIC electronic health system

Qualification

Medical Degree MDMedical Degree DOBoard certification in Internal MedicineValid IL medical licenseCompassionate careTeam collaboration

Required

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
Board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
