Drive programs that help our businesses better understand the user experience across our devices
Define strategy and requirements, develop processes and schedules, and drive progress on major initiatives
Regular communication with program stakeholders and executives
Motivate team members, inspire action, and collaborate with management to develop creative solutions to hard technical problems
Set up mechanisms to successfully deliver this program
Qualification
Required
5+ years of people management experience
5+ years of technical program management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Experience in people management
Experience in technical program management
Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications
Preferred
Knowledge of the AWS product suite
Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies
