Required

Experienced in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Ability to lead and facilitate teams or process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end to end
Experienced in design and delivery if process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise
Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts
Experienced in project management and change management
Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, Lucid Chart
Minimum 5 years of process management experience

Preferred

Desired certifications: Six Sigma/Lean
