Responsibilities

As an Admissions Coordinator in the Foster Care department, you will be responsible for working with agency partners by overseeing the admissions process

A typical day as an Admissions Coordinator will include interacting with agency partners in an effort to identify a loving home for a child in need

As an Admissions Coordinator, the hours of duty are 8-5pm and with the expectation of working in conjunction with the team to ensure all admission intakes are pre authorized for admission

Required

Must have a valid Driver License

Must meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department in which you work

Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in foster care, foster care licensing or foster parent recruitment or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant child welfare experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, possess excellent time management skills and be a convincing/persuasive public speaker and communicator
