Responsibilities
Provide project coordination and management support by tracking project progress, manage key deliverables, and assist with coordination and logistics for client meetings and workshops
Deliver high-quality client support through project coordination, research, and data analysis
Conduct data mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses to support transformation planning
Conduct business process mapping looking for ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support digital or operational transformation initiatives
Assist in developing and executing communication and training programs that drive adoption
Create presentations and dashboards to visualize progress, insights, and change outcomes
Apply AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance project efficiency and decision-making
Collaborate across teams to apply structured change management and business consulting methodologies
Support multiple workstreams, helping clients bridge the gap between people, process, and technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, change management, or ERP transformation
Exposure to ERP platforms (Oracle, Microsoft D365, SAP, Workday, or similar)
Strong skills in data mapping, change impact analysis, and storytelling through visuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with dashboard or AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, or Copilot)
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Willingness to travel up to 50%
