Responsibilities
Support program concept design, analysis, verification, or other aspects of the product life cycle
Assist in developing detailed product specifications by analyzing performance and customer requirements
Perform feasibility and trade studies applying standard analytical methods; recommends solutions which are defined and reviewed for implementation
Review test results for accuracy and precision
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or another closely related field
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on learning and improvement
Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and innovation
Familiarity with some software tools such as ANSYS, CREO, LabVIEW, or MATLAB is a plus (functional track dependent)
US Person status (no sponsorship) and ability to work in person in Mentor, OH for summer 2026 (no relocation assistance provided)
