They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to develop talent pipelines, collaborate with state teams, and manage the candidate experience from application to hire.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the company's mission and vision

Develop and drive programs and processes to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings

Collaborate with State teams on current needs and creating pipelines

Forecast hiring needs dependent on business and workforce growth plans

Report on recruitment metrics

Responsible for candidate experience, from application to hire. Includes but not limited to: Background Check and OIG Reports

Educate new hires on company policies and procedures

Create and develop pipelines of candidates for future hiring needs

Responsible for attending school career fairs and annual conferences as needed

Other duties as assigned
