Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders with efficiency
Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems
Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems
Communicate directly with Service Advisors to provide technical updates and notify them of any additional service needs
Provide accurate labor time estimates for additional repairs
Execute warranty repairs strictly to manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an automotive technician
High school diploma or equivalent
Deep knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent customer service mindset
Fast learner, team player, and tech-savvy with a willingness to master new software
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
GM or Hyundai certification is a BIG plus
