The Remote Sales Associate will engage prospective customers, coordinate virtual consultations, and assist with the presentation and enrollment of benefit and protection programs.

Responsibilities

Contact assigned leads to schedule and coordinate virtual client meetings
Assist in virtual presentations and client enrollment processes
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Follow established workflows, compliance standards, and sales processes
Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team targets
Provide ongoing client support to ensure retention and satisfaction

Qualification

Required

Must currently reside in Canada or the United States
Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided)
Access to a laptop or desktop computer with a working camera

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Coachable mindset with the ability to follow proven systems

Preferred

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
